2. A healthy diet

Nutrition plays an important role in taking care of ourselves, and understanding how our bodies work and how food fuels us can have a big impact on how we feel every day, allowing us to go from sunrise to sunset without experiencing the dreaded afternoon slump. If you're struggling to figure out what you need, try a food journal app for a day or two to give you an idea of ​​what you've been eating and what you might be missing. If you're struggling to get certain minerals or vitamins from your diet, you could also try a supplement (with medical advice from your doctor, of course). 3. Physical activity
